Talentify is seeking a Technical Program Manager to orchestrate high-impact payments and financial services initiatives. You will partner with product, engineering, design, and analytics to plan, prioritize, and deliver programs moving billions of dollars in a global marketplace.

The role requires 10+ years of experience in technical program management, strong leadership, and expertise in AI-driven program optimization. Local Austin, TX availability is required for on-site collaboration.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of cross-functional program leadership.
Experience leading large-scale, cross-functional programs in a product & technology environment from conception through completion.
Technical background to engage with engineering, assess delivery risk, and translate technical trade-offs for business partners.
Experience with AI and GenAI tools to accelerate program planning and documentation.

Responsibilities

Own annual and quarterly planning across priorities/domains with unified roadmaps.
Drive cross-functional alignment and execution for multi-domain initiatives.
Lead critical projects from inception through launch.
Partner with business, product, engineering, and analytics to deliver on time and budget.
Identify and mitigate risks and blockers affecting outcomes.
Build program health reports and executive-ready updates for senior leadership.
Establish governance, cadences, and artifact standards to improve execution.
Analyze program metrics, identify systemic risks, and drive data-driven decisions.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels; present to steering committees.
Leverage AI to automate tasks and improve efficiency; mentor TPMs/PMOs.
