Job summary

The Clearing House is seeking a Payments Education Specialist based in Charlotte, NC. This role involves providing education and support regarding various payment channels to its financial institution members and corporate subscribers.

The ideal candidate will have an Associate's degree, relevant experience, and skills in communication, as well as knowledge of ACH and other payment systems. The position requires some travel and a combination of remote and onsite work as needed.

Qualifications

• 2 – 5 years of business or FI operations experience.
• Self-motivated and ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Strong detail oriented and organized.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries and provide customer service for members.
• Develop and deliver payments-related education.
• Participate in planning and execution of special consulting projects.

Skills
