Job summary

Hard Rock Digital is seeking an Analyst to join our Payments & Fraud team. You will protect customers and the business by providing professional expectations for matters related to potential fraud and disputes in the i-gaming space.

You will review transaction histories, validate documentation, and build cases to counter-disputes while ensuring compliance across jurisdictions. A fast-paced, high-volume environment suits self-driven team players with an interest in sports and gaming.

Qualifications

• Experience in Banking, payments, fraud, disputes, or i-Gaming industries preferred.
• Knowledge of Location Compliance, Multi-Accounting and Financial Crime preferred.
• Investigative skills, sound judgement, and data interpretation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Navigate and manage multiple online financial portals to obtain transactions.
• Review customers’ financial history, including records, bank and credit card statements.
• Validate and verify customer documentation for verification as needed.
• Build cases to counter-dispute transactions customers have reversed on our platform.
• Manage internal controls to ensure regulations are followed.
