Job summary

Hard Rock Digital is seeking an Analyst for the Payments & Fraud team to protect customers and the business by delivering professional, accurate, and realistic guidance on disputes and fraud in the i-gaming space.

The role involves navigating financial portals, reviewing transaction histories, verifying docs, building counter-disputes, and ensuring regulatory compliance across jurisdictions in a fast-paced, sports-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in Banking, payments, fraud, disputes, or i-Gaming industries is preferred.
• Knowledge of Location Compliance, Multi-Accounting and Financial Crime is preferred.
• Good investigation skills and the ability to review data and activity to make sound decisions.
• Knowledge of gambling and sports betting is an advantage.
• Analytical and communication skills are essential.
• Strong interpersonal skills are important.
• Knowledge of gaming industry rules and regulations.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in troubleshooting and triaging customer inquiries.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
• Candidates should be prepared to work flexible hours to mirror the sporting schedule.

Responsibilities

• Navigate and manage multiple online financial portals to obtain the transactions in question.
• Review customers’ financial transaction history, including bank and credit card statements.
• Validate and verify customer documentation when further verification is necessary.
• Build a case to counter-dispute transactions patrons have reversed on our platform.
• Manage multiple jurisdictions of internal controls to ensure regulations are followed.
