Job summary

• 1+ year of experience in payments/deposit operations or related area is desirable.
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to SLAs and regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Processes complex customer payments and supports non-medical and medical payment workflows.
• Acts as primary trainer for Lockbox areas and contributes to procedure writing.
• Provides guidance to partners and ensures adherence to established procedures and SLAs.
