Sutton Bank is seeking a senior leader to guide the Payments Delivery Department, driving the strategy for payments implementations, winddowns, and continuous process improvements. You will oversee managers and specialists, shaping governance, metrics, and risk reporting to ensure regulatory compliance and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• PMP or Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt preferred.
• Five+ years of management experience in implementation, winddown, fintech, and payments program management; 1–3 years in project management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall vision and strategy of the Delivery Department for payments implementation, winddown, and process improvement projects.
• Manage Delivery Managers and Delivery Specialists overseeing execution of project plans.
• Establish and report KPI/KRI metrics, risks, and performance; develop roadmaps and resource plans.
• Develop portfolio reporting and executive dashboards; coordinate annual on-site sessions.
