About the Team

The Payment Strategic Routing team uses data, analytics, and technology to optimize payment performance and drive better outcomes for clients. We partner across business and technology teams to develop innovative solutions that improve debit routing efficiency, reduce costs and maximize success rates. We are seeking a Data Scientist I to apply analytics and AI/ML techniques to solve business problems and support data-driven decision making. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop insights, build predictive models, and deliver solutions that improve operational and business performance. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills, technical expertise, and a curiosity for solving complex problems.

What You'll Own

Transform complex data into meaningful insights that guide decision‑making, uncover opportunities, and create value for internal teams, partners, and clients.

Analyze and interpret data to support business decisions and develop actionable recommendations.

What You'll Bring

Compensation

Worldpay is dedicated to offering individuals rewarding career opportunities and competitive compensation. For this full‑time position, the good faith estimated annual salary range upon hire is $91,900.00-$138,700.00. This range reflects what we reasonably expect to offer based on the role’s responsibilities, level, and geographic location. The actual starting salary will be determined by a candidate’s experience, job‑related skills, and relevant education or training. Please note that changes in work location may impact the final offered salary.
