Job summary

TikTok USDS Joint Venture LLC is seeking a Data Analytical Engineer to design, build, and maintain scalable data infrastructure and ETL/ELT pipelines transforming payment data into reliable datasets for analytics, fraud detection, and reporting.

You will collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and product teams to optimize data models, ensure data quality, and explore new tools to boost data engineering efficiency in-person.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS/Engineering/Statistics or related field.
• 3+ years in Data/Analytical/BI Engineering or similar roles.
• Expert-level SQL with large cloud-based datasets.
• Proficient Python and production-grade ETL pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimize scalable data models and ETL/ELT pipelines for payment data.
• Manage data warehouse and data lake infrastructure for performance and security.
• Implement automated data quality checks and governance processes.
• Collaborate with Data Scientists, Analysts, PMs to deliver data solutions.
