Job summary

TikTok USDS Joint Venture LLC is seeking a data science professional to build analytics and reporting for payments, drive insights, and support cross-functional teams globally. This role focuses on risk, ML, and data-driven decision making to improve payment security and growth.

You will work with large datasets, develop KPI measurement tools, and design tests to measure impact, while collaborating with Product, Strategy, and Operations across the US and beyond.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in data science, risk, ML, and A/B testing.
• Proficient coding in Python, Hive and SQL with ML capability.
• Experience with data visualization using Tableau or similar.

Responsibilities

• Work with large datasets to solve ambiguous problems using analytical methods.
• Perform predictive analysis and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Measure KPI fluctuations and monitor business initiatives and customer experience.
• Collaborate with Product, Strategy and Ops to inform decisions.
