One Inc is seeking a Payments Compliance Manager in the Legal & Compliance department to serve as the expert on card brand rules, ACH/Nacha requirements, and electronic payment regulations. This role monitors network changes, manages compliance issues with partners and processors, and ensures our products and client experiences meet all applicable payment standards.

Reports to the Compliance Director. You will own the ACH policy and Nacha compliance, oversee audits, and support Canada expansion

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• 3+ years in payments compliance or electronic payment operations.
• Direct experience with card brand rules (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover) and ACH/Nacha requirements.
• Background conducting audits, risk assessments, and maintaining policies.
• Familiarity with Canadian payment regulations is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as SME for card brand rules and ACH/Nacha.
• Track card brand releases and network updates; evaluate impact and draft client communications.
• Primary contact for Nacha, banks, and processors on regulatory matters.
• Support Canada expansion by researching Canadian payment regulations.
• Review disclosures and product features for compliance with network rules and regulations.
• Maintain consumer-facing payments disclosures mandated by card brands and networks.
• Own ACH policy and conduct annual ACH risk assessments; maintain client-facing ACH/Nacha documentation.
• Oversee Nacha compliance and audits; remediate findings.
• Maintain a violations tracker and drive remediation of issues identified by brands and networks.
• Develop internal compliance resources (FAQs, guidance documents).
• Stay current on evolving rules and communicate changes internally.
• Provide interpretation of PayFac requirements and support PayFac registrations.
