Job summary

Tyler Technologies seeks the Payments Channel Strategy Director to own the channel strategy, revenue performance, and crossdivisional alignment for the Payments organization. This executive role drives strategies, processes, and initiatives to accelerate transaction revenue growth and support Tyler's 2030 revenue goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in business, finance, marketing or related field.
• 7–10+ years of leadership experience in operations, revenue management, or transformation roles.
• Proven ability to forecast revenue, manage sales pipelines, and drive cross-functional initiatives.
• Demonstrated capability to liaise across product, sales, operations, and finance.
• Strong strategic thinking, program management, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Power BI, and Salesforce.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Architect enterprise channel strategy aligned with 2030 revenue model.
• Develop an 18-month channel plan covering product readiness, sales motions, and financial targets.
• Prioritize initiatives to maximize revenue acceleration and cross-functional impact.
• Oversee channel revenue performance and collaborate with divisions on targets.
• Produce monthly executive channel readouts and KPI reporting.
