Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with leadership experience in a high‑volume financial operations environment.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and performance management capabilities.
• Customer focus with an ability to manage relationships with partners and clients.
• Excellent problem solving, critical thinking, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead staffing, training, development, goal setting, and performance management for the department.
• Develop and monitor productivity and quality metrics; drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with internal and external customers to deliver exemplary service and address root causes.
• Ensure payments and customer requests are processed accurately, compliant with audit and regulatory standards.
• Maintain knowledge of products, processes, and partners to drive efficient operations.
• Present to agencies and stakeholders when needed and communicate clearly under pressure.
