Everforth Apex, a leading IT services company, is hiring an Application Support Engineer for onsite roles in Kennesaw, GA and Charlotte, NC. You will monitor critical payments applications, manage tickets, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system stability and rapid issue resolution.

The role requires strong Java/J2EE or cloud tech experience, plus proficiency with Dynatrace, Splunk, SQL, and log analysis, along with Python or AI knowledge and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Experience with Java/J2EE or Cloud technologies.
• Proficiency with Dynatrace, Splunk, SQL, and log analysis.
• Knowledge of Python or AI.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and support applications to ensure 100% SLA compliance.
• Provide on-call support, including after office hours and on weekends as required by business needs.
• Triage production tickets and issues.
• Prepare Root Cause Analysis (RCA) documents.
• Partner with application teams and other support teams to resolve issues.
• Prepare and review Impact Analysis based on issue analysis.
• Write scripts to automate routine daily tasks.
• Identify root causes in the code and suggest break-fix activities.
• Follow release management and code deployment processes for migrating code changes.
