Job summary

L'Oréal Corporate Finance is seeking a Payments Analyst to manage high-volume payment runs, validate transactions, and reconcile across banking platforms. You will partner with buyers, operations, vendors and finance teams to resolve parked items and blocked invoices.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in AP/finance, strong Excel, and experience with ERP systems such as NEO, SAP or ReadSoft. This role supports audit readiness and governance controls in a global context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or supply chain management.
• 2–4 years in procurement, sourcing, accounts payable or finance analyst roles.
• Strong Excel skills (lookups, pivot tables) and ERP exposure.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and validate payment runs, track approvals and monitor bank transmissions.
• Collaborate with buyers, plant operations, vendors and finance to resolve paid/unpaid items.
• Support invoice-to-pay processes and master data governance in NEO, SAP and ReadSoft.
• Maintain documentation and controls to support audit readiness.
