We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Payment System Specialist to configure, test, and deploy Ingenico Lane/3600 payment terminals. This role also involves supporting secure payment technologies including tokenization and EMV configurations for custom payment flows and client-specific requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure Ingenico Lane/3600 payment terminals according to merchant or processor specifications.

• Conduct QA and sandbox testing to ensure compliance, reliability, and performance.

• Deploy configured terminals to the production pool for field readiness.

• Manage and support T+ tokenization processes and integrations.

• Customize and maintain separate EMV packages tailored for specific clients or systems (e.g., FPS).

• Collaborate with software developers, QA testers, and deployment teams for seamless rollout.

• Maintain documentation of terminal configurations, test results, and deployment checklists.

• Provide technical support during pilot rollouts and troubleshooting.

Required Qualifications:

2–4 years of experience with payment terminals (Ingenico, Verifone, etc.).

Familiarity with EMV, contactless/NFC payments, tokenization, and PCI compliance standards.

• Hands-on experience configuring and testing payment terminal software.

• Basic understanding of payment gateways, transaction flows, and settlement timelines (e.g., T+1).

• Experience using device management platforms or remote key injection systems.

• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
