Qualifications

• Knowledge of Reg E and ACH rules is required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as expert resource on payment services including card servicing, ACH processing, and wire transfers.
• Process and quality control payment processes accurately and timely.
• Support branch personnel and communicate changes to procedures to maintain compliance.
• Handle electronic file processing, wire transfers, real-time payments, and Reg E disputes as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of bank products/services and represent the Bank in the community.
