Jobtailor is seeking a seasoned professional to support day-to-day processing, system upgrades, and new initiatives across Business Operations and Product Development. You will apply technical and analytical skills to optimize workflows and ensure reliable performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or 4 years equivalent experience preferred.
• Typically requires 5 years of relevant experience.
• 8yrs for Expert level.
• Detailed understanding of business operations and workflow of all business processing platform and associated applications systems
• FedWire Funds/Securities/NSS and ACH Functionality preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for day-to-day processing and system upgrades.
• Support Business Operations and Product Development with consultative expertise.
• Identify impact of changes on workflows and throughput of business systems.

Job description

• Performs technical, support, requirements development, design review and testing support for day-to-day processing as well as system upgrades and new project and product initiatives


• Provides technical support for Business Operations and Product Development teams through consultative, technical and development expertise


• Identifies and understands the impact of potential changes to the various business application systems with regard to workflow and throughput performance (system and technical) as needed


• Develops effective test plans to ensure potential change(s) do not result in any internal or external customer issues


• Communicates project progress, findings, and any significant issues to leadership


• May lead or participate in project teams developing business requirements for future operational or application enhancements
