This full-time, 40-hour-per-week role supports Finance and collaborates with Revenue Cycle, Cash Applications, and Patient Financial Services to maintain precise records and efficient financial operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• No directly related experience required.

Responsibilities

• Process refunds and determine appropriate recipients.
• Post and balance electronic and manual payments and adjustments.
• Research unapplied payments, credit balances, payment exceptions, and account discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate records by updating payment, payer, refund, and account information.
