Job summary

Catalis is seeking a Payment Processor to balance and process received work, reconcile deleted checks with the control log, resolve discrepancies, and process retail accounts according to the daily schedule. This is an onsite role at our Clearwater, FL office working 7:00am to 3:00pm.

Ideal candidates will have strong attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication, and the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines while supporting a mission-driven government services team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Balance all work received and/or processed.
• Balance deleted checks to the control log - Research and resolve balancing discrepancies.
• Process each retail account according to the daily production schedule.
• Balance multiple transactions received in the mail by adding coupons to match check amounts.
• Handle other duties as assigned.
• Use Opex machine (open mail and scan).
