Job summary

Catalis in Jacksonville, FL is seeking an inbound customer service professional for an in-office role supporting prepaid and investment accounts within the financial services sector. The position runs 11:00 a.m.

to 8:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, with emphasis on accurate data entry and strong service levels. You will handle inquiries by phone and email, process transactions, assist enrollment questions, and explain complex plan rules.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service in financial services (banking or money management).
• Excellent oral and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone and email inquiries from customers.
• Process account maintenance and financial transactions.
• Assist potential customers with enrollment inquiries.
• Explain complex rules and regulations of each plan to customers.
• Research and respond to financial inquiries for customers and team members.
• Contribute to process improvements and new projects to improve quality and efficiency.
• Provide the highest level of service to meet defined service level agreements.
• Other duties as assigned.

Summary: Positioned in a call center environment, provide inbound service to multiple prepaid and investment customers and process transactions as needed. This is an in-office position. The hours are 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.What You Will Do

• Answer incoming phone and email inquiries from customers.
• Process account maintenance and financial transactions.
• Assist potential customers with enrollment inquiries.
• Understand and explain complex rules and regulations of each plan to customer(s).
• Research and respond to financial inquiries for customers, managers, and client Success Team members.
• Periodically have input into process improvements and/or new projects to improve overall quality and processing efficiency.
• Provide the highest level of service to customers and clients to meet or exceed defined service level agreements (SLA).
• Other Duties as assigned.

Requirements
What you will need to succeed:

• A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience in the financial services (banking and/or money management) industry, with emphasis on investment / financial account maintenance and customer service activities.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
