Job summary

Catalis is hiring a Payment Processor to balance and process received work, reconcile checks with the control log, resolve discrepancies, and process retail accounts per the daily schedule. This is an onsite role at our Clearwater, FL office, with hours 7:00am to 3:00pm.

Key responsibilities include balancing all work, reconciling deleted checks, processing accounts in daily order, and handling mail transactions.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Balance all work received and/or processed.
• Balance all deleted checks to the control log - Research and resolve balancing discrepancies.
• Process each retail account in order of the daily production schedule.
• Balance multiple transactions received in the mail by adding coupons to match check amount received.
• Handle other duties, as assigned.
• Use Opex machine (open mail and scan).
