A leading financial services provider based in Naperville, Illinois, is looking for a Payment Processor to handle transactions, customer inquiries, and ensure compliance with banking standards. Qualifications

• 2 to 3 years of related experience preferred.
• Good knowledge of departmental systems and applications.
• Good knowledge and understanding of the business unit’s key products and services.

Responsibilities

• Process and fulfill transactions, perform audit/reconciliation activities.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies that deal with non-routine situations.
• Monitor service delivery performance and report to the manager.
