Chime is seeking a Processor Implementation Manager to ensure reliable implementation and operational readiness of payment processors and platform changes. This role focuses on data analysis using advanced SQL to resolve payment discrepancies and collaborate with engineering and bank partners.

The ideal candidate has over six years in payment operations, expert SQL skills, and a deep understanding of the payment ecosystem. Competitive salary starting at $130,000 up to $180,000, plus benefits and bonuses are offered.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in bank and/or payment operations.
• Complex SQL queries writing from scratch.
• Understanding of ACH originations and returns.

Responsibilities

• Support complex processor implementations and migrations.
• Provide data validation at every stage of the process.
• Collaborate with bank partners to resolve transaction investigations.
