Job summary

Avera Payments brings over 15 years of industry experience helping businesses find better payment processing solutions. We're looking for motivated, self-driven individuals to join our team as B2B Outside Sales Representatives.

You'll work directly with local business owners to review their payment processing needs, present tailored solutions, and build a portfolio of merchant accounts. With flexible scheduling, sales training, mentorship, and ongoing support, you'll have the opportunity to grow

Qualifications

• Driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Smartphone or tablet for sales and communication.
• Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with business owners.
• Self-motivated, organized, coachable, and able to work independently.
• Previous sales/B2B/merchant services experience is a plus, but not required.

This is a 1099 independent contractor position with commission-only compensation, uncapped earning potential, and residual income paid in perpetuity.
