Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• A minimum of 3 years revenue cycle management experience.
• Knowledge of medical billing and collection protocols across insurance types.

Responsibilities

• Meets regularly with Revenue Cycle Manager to review work assignments and priorities.
• Assist in implementing policies to ensure guidelines are followed by staff.
• Oversee, train, and provide resources for staff.
• Audit accounts to ensure proper payment and adjustments.
• Research and reconcile unapplied or misapplied payments and credit balances.
• Monitor reports to ensure staff productivity and quality metrics.
• Assist with special projects and cross-train in other areas.
