A healthcare management organization is seeking a Payment Posting Specialist to join its billing team in Columbia, SC. The ideal candidate should have a High School diploma, effective communication skills, and the ability to handle significant charge entries daily. Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

What Are We Looking For?

Novant Health Urgent Cares is currently looking for a payment posting specialist to join our billing team. Under the direction of the supervisor, the payment posting specialist ensures all payments are correctly entered against accounts, charges are transferred to patient responsibility as appropriate, balances daily activities, records and reports are maintained, and errors in payments and/or apparent aberrations are identified for research and resolution.
