Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate degree preferred.
• 2+ years in payment processing, claims, accounts payable support, or public program payment operations.
• Direct provider payment, scholarship payment, or public program payment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review and process invoices and route exceptions for correction.
• Document payment discrepancies and maintain transaction logs.
• Support underpayment calculations, repayment notices, and checkwriter requests.
• Review provider-submitted documentation for completeness and route for supervisory review.
• Assist with overpayment and verification workflows, including correspondence and record updates.
• Enter payment-related data accurately and support monthly outcome reporting.
