SFE is seeking a detail-oriented Payment Processor / Payment Investigations Analyst to join our Payments Operations team in Alaska. The role requires strong knowledge of SWIFT payments, investigations, reconciliations, and correspondent banking operations.

Qualificações

• Associates degree preferred in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in Payments Operations, Banking Operations, Wire Transfer Processing, Payment Investigations, or Reconciliation.
• Strong knowledge of SWIFT messaging (MT103, MT202, MT110, MT199, MT299).
• Experience with international payments and correspondent banking.
• Experience with Nostro reconciliations and funds recall processes.
• Proficiency in Excel and basic reporting tools.
• Excellent English communication, both written and verbal.

Responsabilidades

• Investigate and resolve SWIFT-based payment inquiries and communications (MT103, MT202, MT110, MT199, MT299).
• Perform end-to-end payment investigations to identify root causes and timely resolutions.
• Communicate with correspondent banks and external institutions via SWIFT and client systems.
• Follow up on payment confirmations, fund recalls, and transaction resolutions.
• Coordinate with internal teams to expedite query resolution and maintain controls.
• Review Nostro accounts and ensure reconciliations are cleared within SLAs.
• Monitor queues and cases to meet productivity and quality targets.
• Maintain audit-ready records and comply with regulatory requirements.
• Provide professional client support via phone, email, and other channels.
• Prepare MIS and client-facing operational reports.
• Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce risk.
