Job summary

Elevance Health in United States seeks an Initiative Project Leader for Payment Integrity Unified Ecosystem. This role involves coordinating business and technology partners to standardize and improve end-to-end payment integrity processes, driving new solutions and applications.

The leader will manage an end-to-end PI Unified Ecosystem roadmap, coordinate across matrixed teams, and communicate progress to executives and stakeholders while maintaining focus on value delivery and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Requires a BA/BS degree in a related field and extensive experience in operations with large enterprise-wide projects.
• Experience leading multiyear transformation initiatives across business, product, operations, digital and technology.
• Strong executive communication, storytelling skills, and ability to build business cases.

Responsibilities

• Serves as a thought leader to improve end-to-end provider, member, and user processes.
• Coordinates matrixed teams across Claims, Health Plans, Operations, Finance, IT.
• Leads PI Unified Ecosystem from assessment through implementation with actionable project plans.
• Establishes milestones, risks, dependencies, and recovery plans for new payment integrity solutions.
• Communicates program health with red/yellow/green status using data-driven reports.
