Job summary

The incumbent will lead strategy, roadmap visibility, and cross-functional alignment across Payment Integrity and enterprise partners. The position requires a BA/BS degree and 8+ years in operations, including large enterprise project leadership.

Qualifications

• Requires a BA/BS degree and minimum of 8 years of professional experience in an operations environment including 7 years leading large enterprise-wide projects.

Responsibilities

• Serves as a thought leader regarding improvements to end-to-end processes with providers, members and internal end-users in mind.
• Connects critical dots across matrixed organizations and the broader Payment Integrity portfolio through integration points across multiple functions.
• Leads strategic initiatives from assessment through implementation and ensures business controls are in place to monitor sustainability of improvements.
• Builds consensus across organizational areas, leads root cause analysis, identifies trends, defines solutions and selects best practices.
• Maintains an end-to-end Payment Integrity roadmap to prioritize work and align resources with high-value initiatives.
