The role emphasizes Verifone terminals, AI-assisted tooling (CoPilot), and cloud/mobile payments with Azure knowledge.

Qualifications

• Experience with Verifone terminals and related tools.
• Hospitality and Payment domain familiarity.
• 3+ years supporting payment hardware/software.
• Familiar with AI tools; role uses CoPilot heavily.
• Knowledge of payment integration with POS, Web & Mobile, and Azure.
• Understanding credit/debit cards and tokenization processes.
• 2+ years collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical skills for root cause analysis and data interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Review logs/datasets to identify root causes and coordinate fixes with vendors.
• Troubleshoot payment terminal tools and payment-related issues.
• Assist with configuring, deploying, and improving payment solutions for brands.
• Maintain technical documentation and a knowledge base.
• Act as liaison between technical and non-technical teams for priorities.
• Collaborate with vendor and product teams to enhance integrations.
• Support stability across the estate and assist during integration pilot phases.
• Communicate issues, status updates, and risks to management.
