Job summary

Huron Consulting Group seeks a Senior Consultant to partner with healthcare clients on Epic implementations and optimization. You will analyze root causes, design solutions, and deliver tools and training to enable successful deployments across Cadence, Prelude, Grand Central, Referrals, Care Everywhere, HIM, Welcome, or Kiosk.

Travel weekly (Mon-Thu) is required; remote work is possible where feasible. Epic certification is required, and prior consulting experience is a plus to help improve

Qualifications

• Experience with full life cycle Epic implementations (Cadence, Prelude, Grand Central, Referrals, Care Everywhere, HIM, Welcome, or Kiosk).
• Current Epic certification in at least one of the listed applications.
• Advanced reporting experience with Dashboard and Reporting Workbench.
• Willingness to travel weekly (Mon-Thu) for client work, with remote work where possible.
• Previous consulting experience preferred.

• Full life cycle project implementation experience in Cadence, Prelude, Grand Central, Referrals, Care Everywhere, HIM, Welcome, or Kiosk. Other revenue cycle and/or clinical application experience and certified desired.
• Must have current Epic certification in at least one of the above mentioned applications.
• Advanced reporting experience desired (Dashboard and Reporting Workbench).
• Ability and interest to travel weekly (typically Monday through Thursday), although our model is designed to save money for our clients by delivering high‑level services remotely as much as possible.
• Previous consulting experience highly desired.
