Job summary

Huron Consulting Group is seeking a Senior Consultant to support Epic system implementations within hospital networks. You will handle IT ticket management, assist with Epic-related tickets, and provide production support, monitoring, and optimization for Epic applications.

Responsibilities

• Assist client in IT ticket management.

• Provide production break/fix and maintenance support for designated Epic apps.
• Participate in production monitoring, troubleshooting, and QA.
• Field customer inquiries and attend meetings remotely as needed.
• Provide upgrade and optimization support for Epic applications.
• Update clients on project status.

Our Senior Consultants come with a wide variety of experience leveraging their technical expertise to help our clients enhance their EHR platform to improve care delivery, patient outcomes and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Assist client in IT ticket management
• Assist client with working down helpdesk tickets for specific Epic application area
• Provide production break/fix and maintenance support for designated applications
• Participate in production monitoring, troubleshooting, and quality assurance
• Field customer inquiries and attend meetings remotely, as necessary
• Optimization and upgrade support for given applications, as needed
• Update Client on project status
• May assist with other tasks as I needed and mutually agreed upon

Requirements

• Epic Cadence, Prelude certification
• additional Epic certifications a plus
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience implementing Epic systems in hospitals and health systems
• Willingness and ability to travel when necessary, however, at times you are required to provide high-level services remotely
• Current permanent U.S. Work authorization required

Compensation

The estimated base hourly rate range for this job will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel.
