Job summary

Curis Functional Health, LLC. is seeking a Payer Relations & Credentialing Specialist to support payer relationships, provider credentialing, contracting, enrollment, and reimbursement efforts.

This in-person role requires coordinating across states to ensure timely credentialing and payer participation. You will develop strategies with leadership, monitor payer policies and trends, and collaborate with providers, operations, and revenue cycle teams to drive growth and compliant credentialing

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of provider credentialing or related revenue cycle work in healthcare organizations.
• Experience with commercial payers (BCBS, UnitedHealthcare, Aetna, Cigna) or Medicare.
• Strong understanding of credentialing processes, reimbursement methods, multi-state requirements, and CAQH.

Responsibilities

• Manage payer relations, contracting, credentialing, and enrollment activities across the organization.
• Develop relationships with national and regional payers to facilitate participation.
• Monitor reimbursement trends and fee schedules to inform strategy.
• Oversee the credentialing lifecycle, including applications and recredentialing across states.
• Collaborate with providers and internal teams to resolve credentialing issues.
