Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with SQL and relational DBMS.
• Dimensional data modeling, schema design, and data warehousing experience.
• Programming in SQL, Python, and related languages for cloud/on-prem data warehousing.
• Troubleshooting data issues and applying performance-improvement techniques.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Healthcare domain familiarity with HIPAA, HL7, FHIR is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Architect end-to-end integration patterns bridging cloud-native SaaS, core clinical systems, and data platforms.
• Conduct system testing, debugging, and peer code reviews to ensure reliability.
• Act as a technical consultant to Product and Business leads by refining requirements and designs.
• Explore AI/ML tools to drive innovation and automation in development processes.
• Create and maintain system designs, architecture diagrams, and governance documentation.
• Handle ambiguous requirements by asking stakeholders questions to guide development.
