CVS Health is seeking an experienced engineer to design and implement digital solutions for Payer Operations. You will architect integration patterns between cloud-native SaaS, Epic EMR, and data platforms, ensuring reliability and scalable performance.

You will collaborate with product and business teams to refine requirements, apply AI/ML techniques, and document system designs for platform self-service. A strong background in SQL, data warehousing, and data modeling is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with SQL and relational databases.
• Hands-on data warehousing, dimensional modelling, and schema design.
• Programming in SQL and Python for cloud/on-prem data warehousing.
• Experience troubleshooting data issues and performance tuning.
• Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Architect end-to-end integration patterns across cloud-native SaaS and core clinical systems.
• Ensure reliability and scalability of the integration layer through testing and reviews.
• Act as technical consultant to product and business leads to refine requirements.
• Explore AI/ML tools to drive automation and smarter development processes.
• Create architecture diagrams, design docs, and governance artifacts.
• Work in ambiguity with stakeholders to define solutions.
