Job summary

Syneos Health in New York is seeking a Clinical Value Liaison (CVL) to engage payer and healthcare decision-makers, communicating the clinical and economic value of our therapies. The field-based role requires scientific rigor, relationship-building and the ability to translate complex evidence for formulary discussions.

You will deliver HEOR insights, support evidence-generation strategies, and collaborate with Medical and Commercial teams to help improve patient access and inform coverage

Qualifications

• MD, PhD, PharmD or equivalent degree.
• 2+ years of industry experience as a Payor Medical Liaison.
• 3+ years of clinical or related practical experiences in oncology.
• Experience in Managed Care/PBM, HEOR activities, or knowledge of P&T processes.
• Strong scientific and clinical acumen.
• Ability to translate complex data for clinical practice.

Responsibilities

• Engage payer and healthcare decision makers to communicate the clinical and economic value of therapies.
• Serve as a trusted scientific partner for managed care organizations, IDNs, PBMs, and other decision-makers.
• Facilitate compliant scientific exchange related to clinical evidence, RWE, HEOR, and value-based care.
• Generate actionable insights informing Medical Affairs strategy and addressing evidence needs for patient access.
• Maintain deep understanding of payer evidence needs and reimbursement challenges.
• Collaborate with Medical and Commercial colleagues to share insights in support of internal and external activities.
