Job summary

Syneos Health Commercial Solutions seeks a Clinical Value Liaison to engage payer decision-makers and communicate the clinical and economic value of our therapies across managed care organizations and PBMs. The role serves as a scientific partner for decision-makers, facilitating exchange related to data, HEOR, RWE, and value-based care to support patient access and formulary decisions.

The CVL collaborates with Medical and Commercial teams to provide scientific expertise and address evidence

Qualifications

• MD/PhD/PharmD or equivalent degree required.
• 2+ years of industry experience as a Payor Medical Liaison.
• 3+ years of clinical or related oncology experience.
• Experience with Managed Care/PBM, HEOR or P&T processes.

Responsibilities

• Engage payer decision-makers to communicate clinical and economic value.
• Plan and execute strategy and engagement for assigned customers.
• Maintain scientific relationships with payer medical directors and formulary committees.
• Deliver scientific presentations to formulary committees and HCDMs.
• Gather payer insights to inform Medical Affairs and evidence generation.
