Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Accounting or related degree/certific. plus 3+ years experience or 5+ years bookkeeping/financial admin experience.
• Proficiency in Excel and other standard office software.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day financial activities for individuals served as Representative Payee.
• Prepare and submit SSA and other required documentation.
• Coordinate Medicaid renewals and SNAP benefit applications.
• Reconcile main Representative Payee bank accounts and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate financial records for audits and reporting.
• Ensure confidentiality and compliance with government requirements.
