Job summary

FirstCash is hiring entry-level, full-time Pawnbroker / Retail Sales Associates at our pawn store locations in the United States. The role offers hourly pay plus commission on productivity, with opportunities to earn 2–8% commission based on personal performance.

Expect a fast-paced, customer-facing environment focused on lending and retail transactions. You will greet customers, process sales and loans, manage cash, and maintain attractive displays while providing excellent service.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
• Able to work extended periods, stand, walk, and perform duties.
• Ability to work with firearms and become firearms certified.
• Flexible retail schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, building rapport to provide financial solutions.
• Perform sales, loans, and cash transactions per policies.
• Keep the sales floor clean, stocked, and merchandised.
• Handle cash and negotiable items following procedures.
• Assist customers with inquiries and resolve problems.
