Job summary

FirstCash is seeking entry-level, full-time Retail Sales Associates for pawn store locations. You will greet customers, process sales and loans, and uphold product displays while working with a variety of jewelry and general merchandise. The role blends hourly pay with commission based on productivity.

Qualifications

• Willing to lift up to 50 pounds and perform manual tasks.
• Able to work a flexible retail schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Able to work with firearms and become firearms certified.
• Cash handling experience is preferred.
• Bilingual applicants are encouraged to apply.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with customers to develop rapport and recommend financial solutions.
• Perform sales and loan transactions per established policies.
• Keep the sales floor clean, stocked, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Handle cash and negotiable items per policies and regulations.
• Answer incoming calls per company standards.
• Explain legal aspects of pawn and buy transactions to customers.
• Train and collaborate with coworkers to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Other related duties as assigned.
