FirstCash is hiring entry-level, full-time Pawnbroker / Retail Sales Associates at pawn store locations nationwide. You will greet customers, process sales and loans, and work with diverse merchandise while earning hourly wages plus commission. Earned Wage Access and 401k are available as part of the benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must be willing and able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform duties.
• Able to work a flexible retail schedule including weekends/holidays.
• Ability to work with firearms and become firearms certified.
• Cash handling experience is preferred.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers to develop rapport and recommend financial solutions.
• Assist with sales and loan transactions per policies and procedures.
• Keep the sales floor clean, stocked, and well displayed.
• Answer incoming calls and assist customers with inquiries.
• Communicate the legal aspects of pawn and buy transactions to customers.
• Collaborate with coworkers to deliver a positive customer experience.
