Job summary

FirstCash is seeking entry‑level, full‑time Pawnbroker / Retail Sales Associate in pawn store locations nationwide. You will greet customers, process loans and sales, and work with a diverse inventory of jewelry and general merchandise including tools and electronics. Commission is paid based on productivity, in addition to hourly pay.

The role involves handling cash, complying with policies, and providing excellent customer service while working with a supportive team in a retail environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers to understand needs and provide financial solutions.
• Process sales and loan transactions following policies and procedures.
• Maintain clean, stocked sales floor and attractive merchandise displays.
• Handle cash and negotiable items accurately and securely.
• Answer incoming calls and assist customers with inquiries and resolve issues.
• Communicate effectively with coworkers and managers to deliver a positive experience.
• Complete assigned training and participate in a team-focused environment.
