Job summary

FirstCash is seeking entry-level, full-time Pawnbroker/Retail Sales Associates across our pawn store locations. You will greet customers, process sales and loans, and engage with a wide range of merchandise while contributing to a positive customer experience.

The role features an hourly wage between $14.00 and $17.00 with the potential to earn commissions up to 8% of personal gross profit, plus optional benefits and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Willingness to work flexible retail hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work with firearms and obtain firearms certification.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with customers to recommend financial solutions.
• Perform sales and loan transactions in accordance with policies.
• Keep the sales floor clean, stocked, and merchandise displayed.
• Handle cash and negotiable items securely.
• Answer incoming calls per company standards.
• Explain the legal aspects of pawn and buy transactions to customers.
• Collaborate with coworkers to create a positive customer experience.
• Complete training and other duties as assigned.
