Job summary

FirstCash Holdings, Inc. is seeking entry-level, full-time Pawnbroker/Retail Sales Associate for store locations nationwide. You will greet customers, process sales and loans, and collaborate with staff to deliver a positive experience.

The role includes an earned wage access program and potential for unlimited commission on top of hourly pay. The position offers medical/dental/vision coverage, paid vacation after six months, 401k access after six months, and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Must be willing and able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Experience with cash handling is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with purchases, loans, and transactions.
• Maintain clean, organized sales floor and displays.
• Process sales and loan transactions per policies and procedures.
• Explain terms of pawn and buy transactions and comply with regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service and problem resolution.
