Job summary

FirstCash Holdings, Inc. is seeking an entry-level, full-time Retail Sales Associate at our pawn stores nationwide. You will greet customers, process sales and loans, and help with merchandise while earning an hourly wage plus commission.

The position offers benefits including health coverage, earned wage access, paid vacation after six months, a 401k plan, and employee discounts. Bilingual applicants encouraged; stores open mornings to evenings, some Sundays.

Qualifications

• Must be willing and able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Able to stand, walk, and perform duties for extended periods.
• Ability to handle firearms certification where applicable.
• Willingness to work flexible retail schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and develop rapport to suggest financial solutions.
• Perform open/close procedures as needed.
• Keep sales floor clean and merchandise displayed.
• Process sales and loan transactions per policies.
• Handle cash and negotiable items per procedures and requirements.
• Answer incoming calls per company standards.
• Explain legal aspects of pawn and buy transactions to customers.
• Communicate effectively with coworkers and managers.
• Collaborate with staff to create a positive customer experience.
• Complete assigned training and take on related duties.
