Cash America Pawn in Crowley, TX is seeking a Full-Time Retail Sales Associate. The role pays $10.00 to $14.00 per hour, with commissions up to 8% on transactions and potential extra earnings of about $1.14 per hour.

Qualifications

• Minimum Age: 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Greets and interacts with customers to develop rapport and provide solutions.
• Performs sales and loan transactions following policies and procedures.
