EZCORP, Inc. is seeking a Retail Shift Leader (Key Holder) in Oklahoma to lead daily operations, drive sales, and provide exceptional customer service. The role includes coaching Team Members, processing loans, and opening/closing procedures in a fast-paced pawn environment.

Starting pay ranges from $17.00 to $18.00 per hour, with bonus potential and a path toward Lead Pawnbroker and future management roles. Benefits include health insurance, 401(k) matching, and PTO.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisor or lead experience.
• Pass a criminal background check and drug test.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Knowledge of pawned items (tools, jewelry, electronics) a plus.
• Sales background a plus; bilingual a plus.
• No cost for TM only medical insurance when selecting BCBS EPO Plan.
