Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of supervisor / key holder / shift lead / team lead experience.
• Able to pass a criminal background check and drug test.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Bilingual an asset.
• Sales background is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and build relationships while promoting sales and deals on pawn items.
• Lead and coach store team members to achieve goals and first-class service.
• Process loans and extensions and negotiate terms with customers.
• Perform opening and closing store procedures.
• Create a friendly, courteous environment that differentiates EZPAWN from competitors.
