Cash America Pawn is seeking entry-level, full-time Retail Sales Associates for pawn store locations nationwide. You will greet customers, process sales and loans, and provide exceptional service while working with a diverse range of jewelry and general merchandise.

The role offers hourly pay between $18.50 and $21.50, plus an attractive commission structure and benefits. Training and career growth opportunities are available across store locations.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum Requirements & Qualifications include ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, and perform duties per state/local laws.
• Ability to work with firearms and become firearms certified.

• Greet and interact with customers to develop rapport and recommend financial solutions.
• Perform open/close procedures as needed.
• Keep sales floor clean and stocked, display merchandise.
• Handle sales and loan transactions per policies and regulatory requirements.
